Roo Move is an Australian outdoor, sports, and fitness content sharing platform that connects the Australian outdoor community through user-generated content about hiking, camping, surfing, mountain biking, rock climbing, and other outdoor activities.

2. Eligibility

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY AUSTRALIAN LAW:

12. Termination

  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

  3. Jurisdiction: Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New South Wales, Australia

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
